In short: casino365.ro does not ask for your personal data and does not track you. It has no accounts, forms, comments or newsletter. It uses no advertising, tracking pixels, social media buttons, scripts or other companies' statistics services. Everything you see on the site comes from its own server, so no other company learns that you visited it. The site counts its visits itself, without cookies, as described below.

Like any website, the server does record the requests it receives. Below is every piece of data the site processes.

Who is responsible for the data

The controller is the site's publisher, named above. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address above.

The server log

The web server records each request it receives: the IP address, the date and time, the address of the page requested (for a search, the words searched as well), the response code, the page you came from, if your browser sends it, and your browser's identification. Passwords and cookies are not recorded.

  • Purpose: running the site and keeping it secure: finding errors, attacks and abuse.
  • Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure, under Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR.
  • How long: the log is split into files of at most 50 MB. The last 10 are kept; when a new file starts, the oldest is deleted automatically. How much time the 10 files cover depends on the number of visits.

Request limits

To stop abusive requests, such as repeated password attempts, the application keeps in memory a counter for each IP address that sends requests. The counter is never written to disk. It is deleted automatically after a period without requests from that address, and it disappears in any case when the server restarts.

  • Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in protecting the site, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Visit statistics

The site counts its visits itself, to know which pages are read. For each page visited, the application adds to the day's totals the page and, for your first page of the day, the site you came from (its name only), the page's language, the kind of browser, system and device, and the country, found from the IP address. The IP address is not kept. For a search on the site, the words searched are counted as well.

To know how many different visitors there were in a day, the application computes a fingerprint from the IP address, the browser's identification and a random code of the day, with a one-way function: neither the address nor the person can be found from it. The day's code and the fingerprints are deleted the next day, so a visit cannot be linked to those of other days. Only the daily totals remain, with nothing about who visited.

If your browser sends the Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visit is not counted.

  • Purpose: knowing which pages are read and what visitors look for, to improve the site.
  • Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing its audience, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • How long: the fingerprints and the day's code, until the next day; the daily totals, which no longer contain personal data, are kept.
  • The country comes from DB-IP's free IP to Country Lite list, kept on the site's server: your address is not sent to anyone.
  • Weekly report: the totals (pages, sources, countries, words searched) are e-mailed to the site's publisher once a week. They contain no IP addresses or fingerprints.

The age cookie

When you confirm that you are at least 18, the site stores the cookie c365_18, with the value 1, in your browser for 30 days, so that it does not ask you on every page. The cookie holds nothing about you and is used for nothing else. It is the site's only cookie.

Being strictly necessary for the service you asked for, it does not need your consent, under Article 4(6)(b) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004. You can delete it at any time in your browser's settings; the site will then ask you again.

Messages you send us

If you write to the e-mail address above, your address and your message are used only to answer you and, where needed, to correct the site's data. The message is kept for as long as that takes.

  • Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the data correct, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Who else receives the data

The data stay on the site's server, with its hosting provider. The publisher does not sell them and gives them to no one else, except where the law requires it, for example at an authority's request.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your data, for their rectification or erasure and for the restriction of their processing, and the right to object to the processing (Articles 15–18 and 21 GDPR). Write to the e-mail address above. For the server log, tell us your IP address and when you visited the site: otherwise your requests cannot be found.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania's data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Age

The content about gambling is intended for people aged 18 or over. The responsible gambling pages are open to everyone.
