Legal notice

What the site is

casino365.ro is an information site about gambling. It does not organise gambling, takes no stakes or bets and does not advertise gambling or any operator. It contains no links to operators, and its lists are in alphabetical or geographical order. The details are on the About page.

The data

Operators, licences and casinos come from the public registers of Romania's National Gambling Office (ONJN) and from the official lists of the authorities of other countries. Every page names its source and the date of extraction. Between two extractions the official situation may change: for any decision, the authority's register counts, not this site. An error can be reported to the e-mail address above.

The figures about games (probabilities, payouts, house edges) are computed from the rules of the games. They describe the long-run average, not the result of any particular game.

Responsible gambling

The content about gambling is intended for people aged 18 or over. Gambling can be addictive. The responsible gambling page shows the signs of problem gambling, how self-exclusion works and where to get help.

Links

The site links only to public institutions: ONJN and other institutions of the Romanian state, the Official Gazette, the legislation portal and the institutions of the European Union. The publisher is not responsible for the content of those sites.

Rights in the content

The site's texts, calculations and structure belong to the publisher; to reuse them, ask the publisher at the e-mail address above. The data in the official registers are published by the authorities that keep them. The map outlines come from Natural Earth, which is in the public domain. The towns' coordinates come from GeoNames and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
